Bicycle Repairs and Servicing
All work undertaken is accountable, and we keep a record of all the work carried out on your bike to ensure you get the most out of the manufactures guarantees. We would appreciate if at all possible that all cycles brought in for servicing (that are excessively dirty) are cleaned. Any cycle that is excessively dirty and requires our technicians to clean may incurr an extra charge. This is for the health and safety of our staff. Thank you. Our service menu explains what we can offer within each service category. If your requirements are more specific we are delighted to discuss your repair in detail. Bikes must be brought in by 12:00pm on the day of the service. If brought in any later then the bike maybe turned away. Bikes can be dropped in the night before, if this is more convinient.
MTB General Service - £45.00
• Frame And Fork Wiped Down And Checked For Alignment
•Headset Checked And Adjusted As Required
•Chain And Cassette Cleaned, Checked For Wear And Re Lubed
•Gears Checked And Adjusted As Required
•Wheels Checked For Damage And Wear
•Tyres Checked For Wear And Damage And Correctly Inflated
•Bottom Bracket Checked For Play And Adjusted
•Brakes Checked And Adjusted
•Road Tested
The Basic Service is often given to a bicycle which is not used very often. Brakes gears and tyres are checked. The technician will bring to your attention any obvious problems with your bicycle. New parts fitted will be charged over and above the Basic Service charge
