The Procaliber 8 is a cross-country mountain bike built for hot laps and singletrack. It confidently rolls the fine line between race-ready and pocket-friendly with an alloy frame that's built with modern geometry for handling fast corners and rough sections of trail while keeping you ready to sprint up climbs. A 12-speed Shimano SLX and XT drivetrain and 120 mm RockShox Recon Gold fork seal the deal with all the gears and rock-smoothing comfort you need.
You want to dive into XC racing on a hardtail that's built to soar up climbs and stay composed through the rough stuff. You want to save some dough with a sturdy alloy frame, and don't mind upgrading your components over time.
A lightweight Alpha Platinum Aluminium hardtail frame with modern XC geometry and 148 mm boost spacing for stiff support under power. 120 mm of trail-smoothing front suspension from a RockShox Recon Gold RL fork with DebonAir spring, Motion Control damper and lockout. A clean shifting blend of 12-speed Shimano XT and SLX components, Tubeless-Ready Bontrager Kovee wheels, a Bontrager Line dropper post with internal routing and hydraulic disc brakes.
When you're ready to take on race day, reach for the Procaliber 7. This alloy hardtail has a speedy attitude with modern cross-country geometry that's dialled for hammering up climbs and keeps its composure on loose descents.
- You get modern geometry and 120 mm of front suspension that keeps you in the attack on climbs and crushing confidently on descents
- It balances the accessible price of an alloy hardtail with the performance of its carbon cohorts
- You get the perfect blend of components with Shimano SLX and XT shifting and hydraulic brakes

Upgrade your pedals and love your bike more
Pedals are two of the five touchpoints that connect you with your bike, and even though this bike comes with a pair, upgrading to pedals that boost control and grip will greatly improve your ride. See the pedal guide and find the best pedals for your riding style. We recommend flat pedals for simple versatility.
