Technical garments are equipped with waterproof membranes and a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating to ensure optimal performance. However, dirt, sweat, grease, washing powder, and general use can diminish the efficiency of the DWR performance.

This is where our twofold solution steps in. Regular use of the dedicated Apparel Wash will restore the fabric's breathability and aid water repellency by ridding it of accumulated dirt and debris, both on the surface and within its microscopic pores. Furthermore, including an Eco Re-proofer in your washing cycle will physically restore the DWR coating on the outer fabric, revitalising the garment to its original performance.

The Apparel Wash is pH neutral and created specifically to clean performance textiles, while the Apparel Eco Proofer restores the original DWR finish to waterproof equipment and garments, leaving a patented abrasion-resistant, eco-friendly finish. Both are suitable for all outdoor wear textiles.

Directions for use: Shake the bottle of WASH, pour 75ml into the detergent compartment of your washing machine. Then, shake the bottle of PROOF, pour 75ml into the conditioner compartment. Follow the garment manufacturer's washing guidelines. Allow to drip dry and then finish drying in a tumble dryer.

WASH contains Naphthalene sulfonate and Anionic, and PROOF contains Polyurethane, Polymers, and Cationic. As a safety precaution, keep this product out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin.
