Each tire is built using our iconic Black Chili compound and features an all-new 4-ply construction. It's a serious tire for those that prioritise enjoyment over pure performance. Whether training, commuting or going the distance – The Grand Prix TR has you covered. With our unique tread compound, we have revolutionized the sport of cycling. With the legendary Black Chili Compound we have answered the eternal question of the best balance of grip and rolling resistance for cycling. The latest polymers as well as specially developed carbon black particles and filler materials guarantee unique performance, be it on a road, gravel or a mountain bike, for time trialling or downhill. All Tubeless Ready tires have been designed with versatility in mind. It’s your choice: set up tubeless using Sealant or use an inner tube. For initial mounting we recommend to use at least 30 ml of Conti RevoSealant per tire. Then spin the tire (wheel) to spread the Conti RevoSealant inside of the tire and pump to the allowed maximum pressure. Check the pressure before the next ride and adjust to your desired PSI. This tire is Hookless compatible to its limited max. pressure. Please check wheel instruction and tire packaging for detailed information.
