You will receive an email telling you the order has been posted.

If an item is out of stock, we will also contact you and then get that item in as quickly as possible no money will be taken until the item is ready for dispatch

Items will be sent 2nd class Royal Mail Signed For, Unless It Is A Bike, Trainer Or Anything Else Bulky In Which Case They Will Be Sent By Courier,

Same day dispatch on all ‘in stock’ orders that are received before 3pm GMT Mon - Fri. Bikes and custom build wheels are not guaranteed for same day dispatch as we will take time to build and inspect your product before releasing it for dispatch

Any orders received after 3pm GMT or during the weekend should be dispatched the following working day

Free Delivery will not apply to reduced bikes as these will have been greatly reduced.

Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.

Returns are at customers own cost unless the item is faulty.

We will refund you to your original payment method.

We make no charge for returns, there is no restocking fee.

Customised items cannot be returned

As the retailer we are entitled to make reasonable efforts to repair a faulty item before issuing a refund or replacement. We will therefore send the faulty item to our suppliers, as a guideline we suggest it takes at least 10 working days for the supplier to complete their investigations. This is a time frame we advised based on the average, we cannot guarantee that a faulty inspection will be completed within this time.
